Reserve a Table

At Kiosko 787, we strive to accommodate all reservation requests to the best of our ability. As a small, boutique dining establishment, we aim to create a welcoming and intimate experience for all guests. To ensure smooth operations and optimal service, we kindly ask you to review and agree to the following terms before booking your reservation.

Reservation Policies

  1. Group Size:
    To maintain the cozy and personal ambiance of our small boutique restaurant, we limit reservations to a maximum of six guests. For larger parties, please contact us directly to discuss special after normal business hour arrangements.

  2. Reservation Timing:
    Due to our smaller venue size, reservations are considered a window of time for guaranteed seating, not an exact time. While we will make every effort to seat you promptly upon arrival, there may be a wait. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  3. Confirmation and Check-In:

    • Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via text message.

    • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to ensure a seamless check-in process. Upon Arrival, please respond to your confirmation Text Message with the word “ARRIVED” so that we may check you in. You will then receive a text message when we are ready to sit you.

    • We can only hold your table for 10 minutes once it is ready. If you anticipate being delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

  4. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy:
    As a small establishment, late arrivals and no-shows significantly impact our ability to serve other guests. Failure to arrive within the 10-minute grace period will result in the release of your table. If you choose to cancel, please respond to your confirmation text with the word “CANCEL” So that we can release your table to another party.

  5. Walk-Ins Welcome:
    While we encourage reservations, we also warmly welcome walk-in guests! Please note that wait times for walk-ins may vary depending on the time of day, with peak dining hours typically experiencing longer wait times. For the best experience, we recommend arriving earlier in the day. Once added to the waitlist, you will receive a welcome text, followed by a second text once we are ready to sit you. If you choose not to wait, please respond to your confirmation text with the word “CANCEL” So that we can release your table to another party.

  6. Seating Time Limits:
    At Kiosko 787, our cozy dining space requires us to manage table turnover thoughtfully to accommodate all guests. The following time limits are applied to reservations based on group size:

    • 1-2 Guests: 1 hour and 30 minutes

    • 3-4 Guests: 1 hour and 45 minutes

    • 5-6 Guests: 2 hours
      These time limits ensure that all guests can enjoy their dining experience without compromising the comfort of others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  7. Gratuity for Larger Parties:
    A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the final bill for parties of more than six guests. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps ensure fair compensation for our staff, who work hard to provide excellent service to larger groups.
